START WITH YOUR QUESTION
Your question may be about yourself, a team, employees, leadership or something that keeps coming back.
You do not need to decide beforehand which type of coaching or support fits. Briefly describe what is happening. We can first determine what a sensible next step might be.
WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION ABOUT?
You do not need to choose the perfect category. This simply helps identify which starting point is likely to fit.
A recurring pattern, choice, boundary, reaction or situation you keep getting stuck in.
Recurring problems in collaboration, responsibility, communication or behaviour under pressure.
A difficult management situation, conversation, responsibility or recurring pattern between you and your team.
Your organisation wants to make confidential coaching available to employees or leaders.
You want to learn about HSP or explore whether a workshop could fit a group or organisation.
That is fine too. Simply describe what is happening. We do not need to get the category right first.
You do not need to write your entire personal story. A few lines are enough to determine whether and how I may be able to help.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
A short description is enough.
I consider whether your question fits coaching and my work, and which starting point is likely to be most useful.
That may be one conversation, a team session, a business arrangement or sometimes the conclusion that another route would be more appropriate.
No mandatory programme. First understand the question. Then decide what is useful.
CONFIDENTIAL & CAREFUL
I use what you share through this page to respond to your question and to determine what kind of next step may fit.
When an organisation pays for coaching, we agree sponsor, client and confidentiality clearly beforehand. Personal content is not automatically shared with an employer, HR or management.
GOOD TO KNOW
Coaching is not diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment or crisis care. If your question suggests that another form of professional support would be more appropriate, I will say so.
